Who are we ?
A Story of Passion and Innovation
An International Presence
1990: Creation of another company to subcontract the manufacturing of formulated waterproofing resins in Gennevilliers and to offer on-site application services.
At the same time, René MASSARD established his presence as a resin manufacturer for export, particularly in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
A Strong Commitment to Sustainable Development
2002: Establishment in MIGNIÈRES (Eure-et-Loir, France), with the continuation of Research and Development focused on environmentally friendly formulations, and construction of an on-site resin manufacturing unit.
2003: Founding of KEMICA COATINGS, a company dedicated to manufacturing waterproofing resins for the Building and Industrial sectors.
2017: Expansion of facilities with the addition of new office spaces and a mechanical workshop.
– Awarded the European SME H2020 funding for its project KEMISTATIC, which introduced a new ecological and energy-efficient process for the electrostatic spraying of VOC-free two-component resins.
KEMICA COATINGS is a 100% French-owned company.
The team includes a manufacturing unit, a Research & Development department equipped with a dedicated laboratory, as well as a commercial structure and administrative office.
