 Souplethane 5 Cor is a high-strength, anti-corrosion protection resin designed for the most demanding industrial environments. Formulated with a solvent-free and odorless polyurea-urethane base, this resin offers an effective solution for liquid waterproofing and chemical protection of many structures exposed to extreme conditions. 

Crack and thermal shock resistance

Souplethane 5 Cor guarantees exceptional resistance to cracking of concrete surfaces, with crack bridging up to 4.9 mm. It also resists thermal shock up to 160°C, providing optimal durability in the face of extreme temperature variations (-50°C to +120°C). Thanks to these characteristics, Souplethane 5 Cor effectively protects infrastructure against mechanical and thermal stress.

Designed to resist chemical agents across a wide pH range (from 1 to 14), Souplethane 5 Cor is ideal for environments exposed to highly corrosive substances. It adapts to a wide range of substrates (concrete, mortar, epoxy mortar, etc.) and is particularly suitable for:

The thixotropic version of Souplethane 5 Cor allows for simplified roller application, with a thickness of 700 g/m² in a single vertical layer. Thanks to its optimized viscosity, it ensures even coverage, even on vertical surfaces, reducing the time and effort required for application.
